Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms, scope of service, and conditions under which Smith’s Premium Window Cleaning ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides window cleaning and related services to the customer ("Client," "you," or "your"). This Agreement is legally binding upon acceptance by the Client through form submission, verbal booking confirmation, or written agreement.
Scope of Work
We agree to provide the following cleaning services (Interior and/or exterior as quoted) :

Window glass
-
Frames, tracks, sills, and screens
-
Skylights
-
Shutters
-
Solar panels
We do not perform interior window cleaning unless specifically quoted and confirmed.
All services are performed using low-pressure systems, soft-bristle brushes, and purified deionized water. We do not use any chemicals during the cleaning process.
Service Exclusions
The following are not included in our services and are not covered by our guarantee unless specifically agreed upon in quote:

Paint overspray or construction debris

Hard water stains or mineral deposits

Scratches, scuffs, cracks, etching, or damaged glass

Shotgun fungus (black dots), mildew, or embedded mold

Any damage caused by pre-existing defects, faulty seals, or unsafe hardware
We do not guarantee the removal of any marks or buildup that cannot be removed by water-fed cleaning systems alone.
3-Day Guaranteed Shine
We proudly offer a 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are dissatisfied with the results of the included services, contact us within three (3) calendar days of the job completion.

We will return to re-clean only the specific areas in question.

If multiple areas are affected, we will clean each affected area but will not re-clean the entire property unless it is clearly necessary.

Guarantee applies only to services performed during the original booking.

Weather, pets, landscaping, or other post-clean factors are not grounds for re-cleaning.
Requests beyond the 3-day window may be subject to standard service charges.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and safe service, you agree to:

Provide safe, unobstructed access to all windows and interior/exterior surfaces

Remove screens or furniture obstructing access if requested

Disclose any known damages or fragile areas in advance
We reserve the right to reschedule service if unsafe or inaccessible conditions are present.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment may be made via:

Cash, check, or other method as agreed
Invoices unpaid after 7 days may incur a late fee.
Weather & Rescheduling Policy
We do not operate in conditions that pose safety risks (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, extreme winds). If weather impacts your scheduled cleaning, we will reschedule at no extra charge.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smith’s Premium Window Cleaning shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Pre-existing damage or defects

Issues resulting from third-party interference (e.g. pets, landscapers, weather)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
